Let’s begin
Family Constellations sessions are typically 90–120 minutes – longer than most therapeutic appointments, because this work needs space to unfold properly. Some people find that a single session brings significant movement; for those seeking deeper or more sustained transformation, two or three sessions are recommended as a starting point. The effects may be felt immediately, or continue to unfold in the days and weeks that follow.
ACUPUNCTURE INITIAL SESSIONS & FOLLOW UP SESSIONS
Initial acupuncture sessions takes approximately 90 minutes where a detailed consultation is taken and follow up sessions takes 60 minutes. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to get in touch.

PRICING: FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS-
Available either in person in Hampstead, North West London (NW3) or UK-wide and internationally online.
Lasts approximately 90 minutes, if you go over time I’ll charge £15 for every 15 minutes we go over time.

3 x sessions of 90 minutes each.
PRICING: INITIAL ACUPUNCTURE SESSION & FOLLOW UP SESSIONS-
£95 for 90 minutes consultation and treatment followed by a written report with lifestyle recommendation and where appropriate diagnostic testing.

£70 for 60 minutues

£80 - this is ideal if you’d like to come in for an acupuncture session as a one off session. Sessions will take 60 minutes.

Constellations Circles & Workshops – Coming Soon
Small group constellation work offers something distinct from one-to-one sessions – and often profoundly moving. In a Constellations Circle, one or two people bring an issue to work on while others participate as representatives or simply hold the space. Even without knowing the full story, what emerges can be remarkable – offering insight and healing for everyone present, not just those bringing their issue. Workshops are similar in style but are one-off events, around a specific theme
