Let’s begin
Family Constellations sessions are typically 90–120 minutes – longer than most therapeutic appointments, because this work needs space to unfold properly. Some people find that a single session brings significant movement; for those seeking deeper or more sustained transformation, two or three sessions are recommended as a starting point. The effects may be felt immediately, or continue to unfold in the days and weeks that follow.
For those who want support to process what has emerged in a Family Constellations sessions, integration sessions are also available. Shorter and more conversational than a full constellation, these offer a quieter space to make sense of your experience, let it settle, and – where helpful – receive targeted advice and complementary support to help body and mind come into alignment with what has opened up.

There is power in working as a group
Constellations Circles & Workshops – Coming Soon
Small group constellation work offers something distinct from one-to-one sessions – and often profoundly moving. In a Constellations Circle, one or two people bring an issue to work on while others participate as representatives or simply hold the space. Even without knowing the full story, what emerges can be remarkable – offering insight and healing for everyone present, not just those bringing their issue. Workshops are similar in style but are one-off events, around a specific theme
